Bridging the Training Gap
The United States Air Force faced a critical challenge: frequent deployments meant trainers were constantly on the move, creating gaps in institutional knowledge transfer for network configuration training. Compounding the problem, limited physical training spaces meant Airmen-in-training couldn't get the hands-on practice time they needed to develop proficiency.
Our Approach
We developed a VR training simulation that meticulously replicated real-world USAF network facilities, enabling Airmen to practice common network configuration procedures in realistic, immersive scenarios without requiring physical access to equipment or on-site trainers.
